this is an old sketch I just got around to polishing up. There was alot of background initially, but i cut it out cause I found it distracting. One day I hope to go back and do a full painting of the scene.

the finished version. for now anyway. I never got around to tightening up parts of the lineart and the stripes, I was too busy wrestling with the textures and shadows. I think its successful overall, I hope Tiber likes it. I tried some new things with it, some worked and some didn't. At any rate I've worn my self out on this cause I spent so much time experimenting, so I'm gonna call it done. Tiber is copyright her owner, Tiber (obviously), so no touchy!!

I had forgotten this site existed until I got the news email. I joined a long time ago, when it first opened and there weren't many people here. I guess since its obviously grown I'll start checking it more often. anyway, this is something I did a little while back. I'm still kinda proud of how it came out, though I wish I could have done a better job with the leaves on the tree. They're dragons from my world Elysia, and though its not pure anthro I thought it was close enough. If someone thinks it shouldn't be here just say and I'll take it down.

this was the first art trade I ever did, with Tavaris from deviantart. It was also my first go with egyptian mythology, as well as the most complicated piece I had done at the time... so I'm really just glad I finished it at all
